For surgeons and coordinators ordering Pre-Sure models
Ordering requires an account.
Pre-Sure orders are placed from a customer account linked to the surgeons you order for, so
each case is tied to the right surgeon and institution and you can follow its status online.
Request an account; Lazarus 3D sets it up
and emails you a link to choose your password. For an urgent case, email
